$135 per Night $150 per Night 7th Night is FREE! Over 6 people Enjoy a relaxing stay at our Spur Landing Townhouse. It is fully furnished including a washer and dryer. There are two queen beds (one upstairs and one on main floor) and a king bed downstairs in the master bedroom. There are three bathrooms (one on each floor). In the living room there is a patio door that looks out on a deck and great trees. There is also a fireplace in the living room and the firewood is provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with all your needs including microwave, dishwasher and a new refrigerator. A gas grill is also provided. Graveled parking. NO PETS/NO SMOKING.
A five night
minimum stay is required at Christmas.
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that your travel plans may change. With that in mind, we have a very simple cancellation policy: Two weeks prior to check-in, the total amount of reservation is due and there is no refund after that date. At Thanksgiving and Christmas, total amount of reservation is due one month prior to check-in in with no refund after that date. Once your reservation has been made, all other clients that are interested in renting the property that you have reserved will be directed to another property. Unfortunately, due to the difficulty in filling a property on short notice, Amigo Realty LLC cannot refund payment if cancellations are not made according to the above schedule or if you choose to check out prior to your scheduled date. |
