washer and dryer, TV/VCR with cable. Backs to National Forest. CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that your travel plans may change. With that in mind, we have a very simple cancellation policy: Two weeks prior to check-in, the total amount of reservation is due and there is no refund after that date. At Thanksgiving and Christmas, total amount of reservation is due one month prior to check-in in with no refund after that date. Once your reservation has been made, all other clients that are interested in renting the property that you have reserved will be directed to another property. Unfortunately, due to the difficulty in filling a property on short notice, Amigo Realty LLC cannot refund payment if cancellations are not made according to the above schedule or if you choose to check out prior to your scheduled date. |
